The Troop 115 Scouts joined their sponsor Troop 121 in supporting the Salvation Army with the annual “Christmas in January” donation drive. Thanks to the generosity of the Granite Bay community and parishioners of St. Joseph Marello Parish, the Scouts were able to fully load a trailer with clothing and household goods.
The Salvation Army explains; “Goods donated to the Salvation Army are then sold through our Family Stores, and the proceeds from those purchases are used to fund our Adult Rehabilitation Centers. So every donation and every purchase makes a life-changing difference. Not just for those in the grip of addiction, but for their families as well.”
